We offer Vinyasa classes for all levels. Beginners are welcome in our Level 1 classes, which provide more detailed instruction and modifications. Level 2 classes are ideal for those with some yoga experience, while Level 2-3 classes offer more challenging sequences and advanced postures for experienced practitioners.

Reservations are recommended but not required. Popular class times (weekday evenings and weekend mornings) tend to fill up quickly, so we suggest booking these in advance through our website or mobile app.
